Made with 100% cotton compact siro yarn. The 210 gsm fabric gives the tee a substantial feel for everyday wear.

Delivery & returns
Estimated arrival in 4–7 days from payment. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Dispatch & delivery
Orders dispatch from Malaysia within 2–4 days after payment. Shipping is estimated to take a further 2–3 days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery is US$10 per order to supported destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs clearance, local delivery and courier delays may affect timing.
Returns & size changes — within 30 days
Request a return or size change within 30 days of receiving your order. For a size change or change of mind, shirts must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Contact us with your order reference before sending anything back; we will provide return instructions. Size exchanges depend on stock availability.
You pay return postage for a size change or change of mind. urbi covers return postage when an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations
You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched for a full refund, including the delivery fee. Once dispatched, please follow our return process.
Missing parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order reference and tracking number. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
